DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
By order dated March 8, 2017, assigned counsel, James P. Ferrari, Esq., was granted an extension of time to perfect this appeal until May 15, 2017. Counsel has failed to perfect the appeal or seek a further extension of time to do so.
Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before January 2, 2018, James P. Ferrari, Esq., shall be relieved of this assignment and new counsel assigned.
