In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Fifth District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Glazier, case No. 05-12-0401 (08/20/15). The appellate court is directed to consider the effect of this Court's opinion in People v. Buffer, 2019 IL 122327, on the issue of whether defendant's sentence constitutes a de facto life sentence in violation of the Eighth Amendment and Miller v. Alabama, 567 U.S. 460 (2012), and determine if a different result is warranted.
