04-28-2015

PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN, Plaintiff-Appellee, v. TED FLOYD GIPSON, Defendant-Appellant.

Order

150114 & (20)(25) Robert P. Young, Jr., Chief Justice Stephen J. Markman Mary Beth Kelly Brian K. Zahra Bridget M. McCormack David F. Viviano Richard H. Bernstein, Justices COA: 320828
Macomb CC: 2007-004973-FC

On order of the Court, the motion to withdraw the motion to hold the application for leave to appeal in abeyance is GRANTED. The application for leave to appeal the June 3, 2014 order of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.

VIVIANO, J., did not participate because he presided over this case in the circuit court.

I, Larry S. Royster, Clerk of the Michigan Supreme Court, certify that the foregoing is a true and complete copy of the order entered at the direction of the Court.
