Judgment of a City Magistrate, holding a Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, convicting the defendant of a violation of section 973 of the Penal Law (Cons. Laws, ch. 40), (keeping a gambling establishment), unanimously affirmed. Appeal from the denial of the motion for permission to withdraw plea dismissed. No opinion.
