LC No. 23-004052-01-FC

Noah P. Hood Presiding Judge Christopher M. Murray Colleen A. O'Brien Judges

ORDER

The motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED.

The motion to waive the transcript-production requirement of MCR 7.209 is GRANTED. However, insofar as defendant also asks this Court to "compel" the timely production of transcripts in this matter, that motion is DENIED because production of the pertinent transcripts has already been ordered on an expedited basis.

The motion for stay pending appeal is DENIED.

The application for leave to appeal is DENIED for lack of merit in the grounds presented. See People v Yost, 468 Mich. 122, 124 n 2; 659 N.W.2d 604 (2003).
