DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by defendant, pursuant to CPL 460.30, for an extension of time to take an appeal from a determination of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated August 5, 2014, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied, as defendant is not aggrieved by the determination dated August 5, 2014, which dismissed the charges against defendant.
