DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of North Castle, Westchester County, rendered April 5, 2022, to relieve assigned counsel Thomas Villecco, Esq., of representing appellant on the appeal, to have other counsel substituted and in essence for summary reversal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the the branch of the motion to substitute counsel is denied as moot as Thomas Villecco, Esq. was relieved as counsel and substituted with Steven Feldman Esq. by order of this court dated March 2, 2023; and it is further, ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking, in essence, summary reversal is denied.
