Judgment of conviction of defendant Salvatore Geraci affirmed; judgment of conviction of defendant Charles E. Rinaldo reversed on the law and facts and indictment dismissed, on the ground that the People failed to establish the guilt of the defendant, Charles E. Rinaldo, beyond a reasonable doubt. All concur. (Appeal from a judgment convicting defendants of the crimes of burglary, third degree, and grand larceny, first degree.)
