Petition for Leave to Appeal Denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Fourth District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. George T., case Nos. 4-19-0266 and 4-19-0267 cons. (08/20/19), dismissing the appeal for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Pursuant to Illinois Supreme Court Rule 303(a)(1), conferring jurisdiction on the appellate court in this matter, the appellate court is directed to consider the appeal on the merits.
