It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on September 14, 2011, be modified as follows: 1. On page 4, the last sentence of the first full paragraph is deleted, inclusive of footnote 1, and the following sentence is inserted in its place:

Minor filed a notice of appeal. This will require renumbering of all subsequent footnotes.

There is no change in the judgment.

The petition for rehearing is denied.
