In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Gemskie, case No. 1–10–1819 (06/21/11). The appellate court is directed to reconsider its judgment in light of People v. Rinehart, 2012 IL 111719, 356 Ill.Dec. 759, 962 N.E.2d 444, to determine if a different result is warranted.
