ORDER
By order of July 19, 2024, this case was held in abeyance for People v Bouie (Docket No. 166232) and People v Czarnecki (Docket No. 166654). On the Court's own motion, we VACATE that part of our July 19, 2024 order abeying this case for People v Bouie, and it appearing to this Court that the case of People v Taylor (Docket No. 166428) is pending on appeal before this Court and the decision in that case may resolve an issue raised in the present application for leave to appeal, we ORDER that the application be held in abeyance pending the decisions in Czarnecki and Taylor.
