DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant for an enlargement of time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the City Court of Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County, rendered May 30, 2014, and to compel the court reporter to furnish transcripts of all proceedings.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to compel the court reporter to furnish the transcripts of all proceedings is denied as moot; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appeal shall be perfected by May 1, 2015.
