People v. Garrett

Supreme Court of Michigan
Oct 24, 2000
618 N.W.2d 768 (Mich. 2000)

Opinion

No. 117602 (11).

October 24, 2000.

COA: 229242, Wayne CC: 97-003229

On order of the Court, the motion for immediate consideration is considered, and it is GRANTED. The application for leave to appeal from the August 23, 2000 decision of the Court of Appeals also is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the question presented should be reviewed by this Court.

Cavanagh and Kelly, JJ., would grant leave to appeal to examine the Court of Appeals authority to revoke defendant's bond.
