PRESENT:
Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Yates County Court, rendered February 3, 2015,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time to perfect the appeal is extended to October 16, 2019, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that this Court, upon its own motion, relieves John A. Cirando, Esq., of his assignment, and
It is further ORDERED that the Yates County Assigned Counsel Administrator is directed to provide this Court with an attorney who is willing and able to accept this assignment.
