Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from the judgment of Yates County Court, rendered February 3, 2015,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered January 10, 2019, is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date March 5, 2019, and inserting in place thereof the date June 3, 2019.
