In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the judgement of the Court of Appeals is vacated, and the case is remanded to the Court with direction that, while retaining jurisdiction, it further remand this case to the Branch Circuit Court for a hearing on defendant's claim of ineffective assistance of counsel. MCR 7.302(F)(1). See Cuyler v.Sullivan, 446 U.S. 335; 100 S.Ct. 1708; 64 L.Ed.2d 333 (1980). Jurisdiction is not retained.
