Defendant appeals from a judgment of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, New York County (Ellen M. Coin, J.), rendered January 31, 2006, convicting him, upon a plea of guilty, of assault in the third degree, and imposing sentence.

PRESENT: DAVIS, J.P., SCHOENFELD, HEITLER, JJ.


Judgment of conviction (Ellen M. Coin, J.), rendered January 31, 2006, affirmed.

Application by appellate counsel to withdraw as counsel is granted ( see Anders v California, 386 US 738; People v Saunders, 52 AD2d 833). We have reviewed the record and agree with appellant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous points which could be raised on this appeal.
