Appeals having been taken to this Court from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about January 04, 2019, and from an order, same Court, entered on or about August 10, 2020, which order denied defendant's motion to vacate his sentence (see, Certificate Granting Leave, M-2808, entered September 29, 2020), And defendant-appellant having moved for an order continuing the stay of execution of judgment and bail pending the appeal, originally granted by an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 08, 2020, and continued by orders of this Court, entered on January 12, 2021 (M-2020-03832) and March 02, 2021 (M-2021-00208), on condition the consolidated appeals are perfected within 180 days from the filing of the record, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of continuing the stay of execution of sentence and bail pending appeal, on the same terms and conditions, and upon the further condition that the consolidated appeals are perfected for the January 2022 Term of this Court, with leave to seek further extensions, if so advised.
