Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Richard D. Garcia (Attorney Registration No. 18126) from the practice of law for a period of six months, all but thirty days stayed upon the successful completion of a two-year period of probation with conditions, effective April 30, 2010. Respondent failed to secure work authorization permits for his clients over a period of approximately two years. He also failed to adequately prepare for his clients' cancellation of removal hearing and appeal. His misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 1.1, 1.3, 1.4(a), and 1.4(b).
