An appeal having been taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about April 12, 2017, and said appeal having been perfected, And The People having moved to strike appellant's brief and remove the aforesaid appeal from the Court's calendar, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, including the correspondence from Luis Morales, Esq., Assistant District Attorney, dated July 29, 2019, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the within motion is deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid correspondence.
