And an order of this Court having been entered on October 16, 2018 (M-610), inter alia, denying defendant-appellant's initial application for coram nobis relief, And defendant-appellant having again made an application, in the nature of a writ of error coram nobis, based on of his claim of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that said application is denied.
