Appeal from the County Court, Nassau County (Harrington, J.).


Judgment affirmed.

This case presents no reason to vacate defendant's plea of guilty. We additionally note that the sentence imposed was not excessive ( see, People v. Suitte, 90 A.D.2d 80). Mangano, J.P., Gibbons, Bracken and Kunzeman, JJ., concur.
