It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the Clerk's Office is directed to accept the response papers dated July 9, 2013 and filed on July 11, 2013 for filing, and
It is further ORDERED that defendant may file and serve reply papers, if any, on or before August 7, 2013.
