Summary Disposition June 20, 1996:

In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the case is remanded to the Recorder's Court for a hearing at the conclusion of which the trial court is to make a specific finding on the question whether the police informant threatened the defendant's daughter. MCR 7.302(F)(1). This hearing is to be conducted within thirty days of the date of this order and the findings of the trial court, together with a transcript of the hearing, is to be filed with the Clerk of this Court within thirty days thereafter. Jurisdiction is retained.

Reconsideration denied September 27, 1996.
