Motion, pursuant to CPL 460.30, for extension of time to take appeal, or, in the alternative, for further relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the notice of appeal dated November 2, 2018 is deemed to be a valid notice taking an appeal from the judgment of conviction rendered October 9, 2018 (see CPL 460.10 [6]).
