Judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, convicting defendant of the crime of endangering the health and morals of a child, reversed on the facts, the information dismissed, defendant discharged and bail exonerated. The proof fails to establish guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Nolan, P.J., Johnston, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
