DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to enlarge the judgment roll on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, rendered January 5, 2010, to include certain documents regarding the appellant's post-conviction rehabilitation efforts. Cross motion by the respondent to enlarge the judgment roll to include documents regarding the appellant's post-conviction rehabilitation efforts
