Defendant appeals from a judgment of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, New York County (Tanya Kennedy, J.), rendered April 6, 2008, convicting him, upon a plea of guilty, of operating a motor vehicle while impaired, and imposing sentence.

PRESENT: McKeon, P.J., Shulman, Hunter JJ.


Judgment of conviction (Tanya Kennedy, J.), rendered April 6, 2008, affirmed.

Application by appellate counsel to withdraw as counsel is granted ( see Anders v California, 386 US 738; People v Saunders, 52 AD2d 833). We have reviewed the record and agree with appellant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous points that could be raised on this appeal.
