PEOPLE v. FRIERSON
The petition for review is granted. The issue to be briefed and argued is limited to the following: What is the standard of proof for a finding of ineligibility for resentencing under Proposition 36? (See People v. Arevalo (2016) 244 Cal.App.4th 836, 198 Cal.Rptr.3d 343 ; cf. People v. Osuna (2014) 225 Cal.App.4th 1020, 171 Cal.Rptr.3d 55.)
