Supplemental briefing ordered
The court directs that the parties serve and file supplemental briefs addressing the following question: What significance, if any, does McCoy v. Louisiana (2018) 584 U.S. ___ have on the issues in this case? (See also People v. Miracle, S140894.)
All initial briefs addressing the above question must be served and filed simultaneously on or before November 16, 2018. Any reply to the supplemental briefs must be served and filed on or before 30 days after the last initial brief is filed.
