On the court's own motion, the Clerk is directed to provide Respondent a copy of the following reporter's transcripts: (1) “Transcript of In Camera” dated December 5, 1996; (2) “Reporter's Transcript Sealed Proceeding” dated December 17, 1996; (3) the portions of “Transcript of Proceedings and In Camera Hearing” dated December 20, 1996, that were not unsealed pursuant to the court's January 21, 2010 order; (4) the portions of the “Reporter's Sealed Transcript of Proceedings” dated January 23, 1997, that were not unsealed pursuant to the court's January 21, 2010 order; (5) “Reporter's Transcript of In Camera Proceedings” dated January 27, 1997; (6) “Reporter's Sealed Transcript of Proceedings” dated February 28, 1997; (7) “Reporter's Transcript Marsden Motion” dated August 1, 1997; and (8) “Reporter's Transcript Sealed Proceedings” dated September 25, 1997.
