Petitioner's motion to stay the proceedings and remand is granted in part and denied in part. The above-captioned matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, Division One, with directions to vacate its decision and reconsider the cause in light of Senate Bill No. 775 (Stats. 2021, ch. 551). (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(d).)
