On the court’s own motion, it is ordered that the opinion filed herein on March 11, 2008, be modified as follows:

At the end of the last full paragraph on page 2, after the sentence “There was no sentencing error,” add as footnote 3 the following footnote:

Appellant’s pro. per. “Supplemental Brief” was received and filed March 12, 2008, well beyond the 30 days allowed for the filing of the same. In any event, the court has considered the “Supplemental Brief” and concludes that there is no basis for the relief stated.

There is no change in the judgment.
