DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered November 27, 2018, to reargue the branches of appellant's motion to expand the record on appeal to include transcripts from another trial conducted on October 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, and 11, 2018, which was determined in a decision and order of this court dated October 27, 2023.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
