Counsel for appellant having moved for reconsideration of the order of the Court, entered February 23, 2024, which denied counsel's motion for reassignment of counsel, and for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Orleans County Court, rendered January 12, 2022, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Veronica L. Reed, Esq. is relieved of her assignment, and
It is further ORDERED that the Orleans County Assigned Counsel Administrator is directed to provide this Court with an attorney who is willing and able to accept this assignment, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to August 7, 2024, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
