DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion, pursuant to CPL 460.30, for extension of time to take appeal, to consolidate and for extension of time to perfect appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to take an appeal from the judgment of resentence is granted, and the time is extended to July 29, 2016, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate is granted to the extent that the appeal in case No. 107742 shall be heard together with the appeal to be taken in case No. 108468, and the appeals may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and brief, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, and the time is extended to August 29, 2016.
