Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Timothy C. Ford (Attorney Registration Number 09399), effective September 8, 2011. Ford, who had a previous record of driving while ability-impaired, was convicted twice of driving under the influence and failed to appear for a probation review. His misconduct constitutes grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 8.4(b).
