Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Kings County, rendered July 24, 1958 after a jury trial, convicting him of manslaughter in the first degree, and sentencing him to serve a term of 10 to 20 years. Judgment affirmed. No opinion. Beldock, P.J., Kleinfeld, Brennan, Rabin and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
