Appeal by the defendant from two judgments of the County Court, Suffolk County (Lefkowitz, J.), both rendered October 19, 1998, convicting him of attempted sodomy in the first degree under Indictment No. 2111/97, and promoting prison contraband in second degree under S.C.I. No. 1917/ 98, upon his pleas of guilty, and imposing sentences.

We have reviewed the record and agree with the defendant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues which could be raised on appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted (see, Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 ;People v. Paige, 54 A.D.2d 631 ; cf., People v. Gonzalez, 47 N.Y.2d 606 ).
