People v. Fish

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Jul 5, 1960
11 A.D.2d 765 (N.Y. App. Div. 1960)

Opinion

July 5, 1960

Motion by defendant for leave to dispense with printing on an appeal from an order denying, without a hearing, his coram nobis application. Motion denied. An examination of the papers submitted discloses that, as matter of law, the remedy of coram nobis is not available to defendant on any of the grounds urged by him and that there is no merit in the appeal. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Ughetta, Christ and Pette, JJ., concur.
