Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and publicly censured Robert S. Fischer (Attorney Registration Number 33026), effective August 30, 2011. Fischer misled consumers into believing they had hired an attorney to advise them regarding legal rights. His misconduct constitutes grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 5.3(a), 5.5(a), 7.1(a)(1) and (e), and 7.5(e).
