Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Hudson, J.), rendered November 21, 2007, convicting him of robbery in the third degree (seven counts) and unauthorized use of a vehicle in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
