THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. LESLIE A. FINCH, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT: WHALEN, P.J., CENTRA, PERADOTTO, NEMOYER, AND WINSLOW, JJ.

Appellant having moved to preclude respondent from filing a brief on the appeal taken from a judgment of the Cattaraugus County Court, rendered February 3, 2017, and respondent having cross-moved for an extension of the time to file and serve a brief,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion to preclude is denied, and

It is further ORDERED that the cross-motion for an extension of the time to file and serve a brief is hereby granted, and the time is extended to October 31, 2019, and

It is further ORDERED that the time to file and serve a reply brief is hereby extended to November 8, 2019.
