DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, rendered April 16, 2010. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to be provided with the transcript of the minutes of the grand jury proceedings. Separate motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, for leave to file a DVD as an exhibit to his supplemental brief, and for leave to file an oversized supplemental brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, the papers filed in relation to the motion to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief, and the papers filed in opposition to the motion to be provided with the transcript of the minutes of the grand jury proceedings and the motion, inter alia, for leave to file a DVD as an exhibit to his supplemental brief, it is

ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time to serve and file the pro se supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before July 8, 2013; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to be provided with the transcript of the minutes of the grand jury proceedings is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file an oversized supplemental brief is denied without prejudice to making an application to the Clerk of the Court pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.10.3; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, for leave to file a DVD as an exhibit to his supplemental brief is otherwise denied.
