Order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 5, 1964, affirmed. The ground asserted in the petition in this coram nobis proceeding appeared on the face of the record and should have been raised on appeal from the judgment of conviction ( People v. Fields, 18 A.D.2d 967). Beldock, P.J., Brennan, Hopkins, Benjamin and Nolan, JJ., concur.
