The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Joseph Ferrigno, Defendant-Appellant.
An appeal having been taken to this Court from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about March 21, 2019,And an order of a Justice of this Court having been entered on March 28, 2019 granting bail pending appeal and staying the execution of the judgment on condition that the appeal be perfected within 100 days thereof, And defendant-appellant having moved, on consent, for an extension of time to perfect the appeal and continuation of the previously granted stay of execution of judgment and bail pending hearing and determination of the aforementioned appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending the time in which to perfect the appeal to the February 2020 Term of this Court, and the stay of execution of judgment and bail previously granted is continued upon the original terms and conditions, and upon the further condition that the appeal is perfected for the February 2020 Term.
