March 14, 2008.

Appeal from a judgment of the Jefferson County Court (Kim H. Martusewicz, J.), rendered September 26, 2005. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of manslaughter in the first degree, assault in the first degree, attempted burglary in the third degree, attempted robbery in the first degree and reckless endangerment in the first degree.
