ORDER
The motion for appointment of counsel is GRANTED. This case is REMANDED to the trial court for appointment of counsel for defendant-appellant.
The trial court shall appoint counsel for defendant-appellant within 14 days after the date of this order. The trial court shall send a copy of the order appointing counsel to this Court within seven days after entry.
This Court retains jurisdiction.
