The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Angel Feliz, Defendant-Appellant.

PRESENT: McShan J.P., Brigantti, Hagler JJ.

PER CURIAM.

Defendant appeals from a judgment of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, New York County (Louis L. Nock, J., at plea; Lyle E. Frank, J., at sentencing), rendered August 24, 2016, convicting him, upon his plea of guilty, of assault in the third degree, and imposing sentence.

Judgment of conviction (Louis L. Nock, J., at plea; Lyle E. Frank, J., at sentencing), rendered, affirmed.

Application by appellant's counsel to withdraw as counsel is granted (see Anders v California, 386 U.S. 738 [1967]; People v Saunders, 52 A.D.2d 833 [1976]). We have reviewed this record and agree with defendant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues that could be raised on this appeal.
